If prescribed, your treatment ships discreetly with supplies, and we keep supporting you along the way.

Step 1: Start your consult
You’ll begin by selecting the area you want help with (Weight Loss, Sexual Health, Peptides, Anti-Aging, Acne, Hair Loss, and more). Then you’ll complete a secure intake form so your provider can understand your goals and medical history.

Step 2: Get a personalized provider review
After you complete your intake, a licensed provider reviews your details and builds a plan designed around your goals, safety, and eligibility.

- Live (synchronous)
- Real-time video or phone visit with your provider.
- Message-based (asynchronous)
A secure online visit where your provider reviews your information and follows up with your plan through secure messaging.
You can share your preference, and your provider may recommend the best format for your situation or ask follow-up questions before prescribing.

Step 3: Receive fast, discreet delivery (if prescribed)
If your provider approves a prescription, your treatment is fulfilled through our licensed pharmacy network (including in-house and accredited U.S. partner pharmacies as needed) and shipped directly to your door.

- Discreet, plain packaging (privacy first)
- Tracking updates so you know when it’s arriving
- Necessary supplies included when applicable
- Clear instructions included with your order

Safety and expectations
- Pregnancy/breastfeeding note (simple, non-alarmist):. StemVera treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, your provider will review eligibility.
- Provider-led care. Provider-led care Prescriptions are only provided when clinically appropriate, after provider review.
- Telehealth limits. Telehealth is convenient, but it can have limitations compared to in-person care. If your provider needs more detail, they may request a live visit or additional information.
- Not for emergencies. If you have severe symptoms or a medical emergency, seek in-person emergency care.

Cancellation and refund basics
- We aim to be fair and transparent.
- Consultation cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, do so at least 24 hours in advance for refund eligibility.
Medication orders Once a prescription is approved and medication has shipped, refunds typically can’t be issued due to safety and pharmacy regulations. If there’s an issue (lost/damaged), contact support promptly.
